Meet The Team!

Cory Schwartz is President of ConsumerQuest.  Cory has 25 years of marketing research experience and has conducted over 1000 research projects for many of America’s largest companies.  He founded ConsumerQuest in 1992 to offer client companies the ability to have seasoned research professionals managing every step of the research process from start to finish.  His professional accomplishments include developing innovative online survey techniques, large-scale tracking studies, online and offline advertising testing systems, package design research evaluation methods, and custom methodologies to predict the success of new products and business ideas.  He served as Consumer Research Manager for Mattel, Inc. Manager of New Product Development for Yamaha Corporation of America, and Associate Research Director at Porter Novelli.  Cory  holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees in Marketing from Michigan State University and is a member of the Market Research Association and the American Marketing Association.

Shannon Graham, Research Manager, has over 10 years of marketing research experience. Combining a background in quantitative as well as qualitative research, Shannon has managed and analyzed a multitude of quantitative studies and conducted over 150 focus groups. Prior to joining ConsumerQuest, Shannon served as Manager of Global Customer Insights at Mead Johnson Nutritionals where she conducted research that assessed marketing and sales programs, tracked the voice of the customer, and measured company and competitor market shares for a $3 billion industry. Shannon also has served as a Senior Market Researcher for Mary Kay Inc. where she was involved in all facets of marketing research, including new product development, sales force segmentation, brand positioning, concept testing, and new product forecasting. Shannon holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biostatistics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kathy Brandon, Research Manager, has been on the cutting-edge of online market research since the Internet boom in the mid-1990s. Kathy has a strong background in quantitative research with both online and telephone surveys. Prior to joining ConsumerQuest, Kathy served as a Research Director at Core Call Out Research, a firm specializing in entertainment research, where she worked extensively with clients such as MTV and Infinity Broadcasting at every stage of the research process. She has also served as an online research consultant, helping companies set up their online research systems by designing processes in line with best research practices and assisting in the development of new research methodologies. Kathy holds a B.A. degree in English from Tufts University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Jennifer Dietrich has served as Senior Project Director at ConsumerQuest since 1999.  Her responsibilities include field management, quality control, study logistics, and assistance with questionnaire design, data tabulations, and reporting of research results.  Prior to joining ConsumerQuest, Jennifer worked as Product Manager at AST Computer and Marketing Manager at Kaplan Educational Centers. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
